Online Resources: New Work/Life Balance Reports Available from the Project for Attorney Retention

The Project for Attorney Retention has recently made available a number of new reports covering work life balance and part-time work policies. They include the following:

Better on Balance? The Corporate Counsel Work/Life Report, which explores whether the prevailing view that in-house legal positions offer a better quality of life is fact or fiction, and
Balanced Hours - Effective Part-Time Policies for Washington Law Firms, which evaulates part-time policies at Washington, D.C.- area law firms and reviews their success (or lack thereof) in stemming turnover rates.
