Davis Takes AIM

Nick Davis, a partner at City firm Memery Crystal, has been appointed to the board of the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) advisory group. Mr Davis becomes one of only two lawyers to sit on the board, which includes representatives from companies, fund managers, nominated advisers and brokers. The appointment lasts for a period of two years. Memery Crystal has acted on 30 AIM transactions this year. The other lawyer on the board is Max Audley, a partner in the City office of US/UK firm Faegre Benson Hobson Audley.
