e-Newsletter Survey Results

Thank you to the respondents of our e-Newsletter survey. We truly appreciate your feedback. Orten & Hindman strives to produce an excellent newsletter that is filled with timely and pertinent information. The survey results indicate we are accomplishing this and identified what is most important to our readers. The majority felt that the format and content of Community E-ssentials was “informative, reliable and easily understood.” Over the next few issues, we will make a few small adjustments, but no drastic changes will occur. Below is a sampling of responses:

 

57% of responses came from board presidents and board members

20% of responses came from managers

The remaining responses came from committee members, homeowners and other readers.

 

98% of you rated the usefulness of information contained in Community E-ssentials as Excellent or Good.

 

Topics of interest rate in order from most important to least:

  1. Covenant Enforcement
  2. Board Member Duties
  3. Case Summaries
  4. Contracts
  5. Collections/Bankruptcy/Foreclosure

All of the above topics rated very or somewhat useful.

 

86% of respondents felt the effectiveness of the Q&A section is Excellent or Good.

 

There were several topic suggestions that we plan on addressing in upcoming issues.

 

Several respondents requested more information in our articles. When appropriate, we will include website links for additional information on certain topics.
