Park Place Dealerships are once again the honored recipients of many prestigious distinctions. Several stores in our family were recognized by our manufacturers for our ongoing commitment to excellence, and dedication to providing an outstanding ownership experience.

• All three Park Place Motorcars dealerships won prestigious Mercedes-Benz "Best of the Best" award. The award honors the top 20 percent of 345 dealers nationwide for outstanding sales, service and customer satisfaction.  “We are very proud to earn this award,” said Neil Grossman, president of Park Place Motorcars. “This is the first time all of our Dallas-Fort Worth Mercedez-Benz dealerships have won this prestigious award the same year. From new and certified pre-owned sales to parts and service, Mercedes-Benz’s strict requirements challenge our entire operation. While we strive for excellence in customer satisfaction in all areas, winning the Best of the Best award confirms that we are continuing to meet and exceed our industry’s toughest standards.”

• Once again, Park Place Lexus Plano and Park Place Lexus of Grapevine are named "Elite of Lexus". The Elite of Lexus award is reserved for those dealers who excel at everything they do. From sales and service to the overall ownership experience, these dealerships are truly in a class all their own. This marks the 18th year Lexus Plano won the award and the 12th year for Lexus Grapevine.  “We are very proud that Lexus acknowledges the Park Place commitment to excellence by honoring us with this prestigious award year after year,” said Park Place Lexus President Jordan Case. “It is truly a testament to the passion our members have to delight our clients each and every day.” 

• Jaguar Plano has been awarded the prestigious Pride of Jaguar Retailer Excellence Award for 2011-2012. "To achieve this accomplishment anytime is a tremendous success, but to receive the award in our very first year of eligibility is truly outstanding," said Stephen James, General Manager Jaguar Plano . The Pride of Jaguar Retailer Excellence Award is the highest honor a Jaguar dealer can receive. This award is only bestowed on dealers who take the ideals of excellence and turn them into a way of doing business for every customer, every day. Earning Pride of Jaguar takes hard work and requires that all areas of a Jaguar dealership's business are focused on the customer.

• Park Place Volvo in Dallas is only dealership in Texas to receive Volvo President's Club award. Only a handful of Volvo dealers across the country are bestowed this honor each year, and Park Place Volvo is the only dealer in the state of Texas to receive this award for 2011. The award recognizes those dealers that excelled in the arena of new and used vehicle sales, parts sales and customer satisfaction.  "Our team has worked hard to earn the recognition associated with the Volvo President's Club award, and I am very proud of them," said Rob Schweizer, General Manager of Park Place Volvo. "It is an honor to be included on the list of the best Volvo dealerships in the country and the only one in Texas."

• Park Place Porsche is once again named a Porsche Premier Dealer. Park Place Porsche is one of only 25 Porsche dealers nationwide to receive the prestigious Porsche Premier Dealer Award. "It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to win this award," said Neil Grossman, Park Place Porsche president. "This is our 14th year to be a Porsche Premiere Dealer, and I’m very proud of our people for operating at such a high level of performance once again.” The Porsche Premier Dealer Award signifies that Park Place Porsche met or exceeded Porsche's highest level of customer satisfaction in both service and sales.
