Come Explore Our Customer Feedback System

Twelve months ago. Siemens PLM Software deployed a Customer Feedback System (CFS) to give us insight into your opinions. We have received over 150 compliments, comments, and suggestions and have been systematically responding to all your input. Keep them coming! Please let us know what else you see that is good and what you see that we can improve. We will respond to each of your comments based on your permission to do so. You will be notified of updates or changes in status, and will be able to review each case online.

To be very clear, the CFS system is not an avenue for technical support, which you should continue to receive through our GTAC team.
