When it comes to In Vehicle Technology (IVT), Ford is on the cutting edge with awesome features like SYNC and MyFord Touch. These features help make your driving experience easier, safer and far more convenient. As with any new technology there’s always a lot to learn about how to use it to its full potential, and occasionally you may have problems.
In response to this Ford established an IVT Hotline that customers can call with any questions or issues that they may be having with their SYNC, MyFord Touch and Navigation systems. The IVT Hotline is available Monday – Friday from 9:30AM – 11:00PM CST and on Sunday from 12:30PM – 11:00PM CST. Simply call 1-800-392-3673. Choose 1 for English or 2 for Spanish and then select Option 3 to talk to the IVT Team.
Also keep in mind that Five Star Ford offers FREE SYNC and MyFord Touch classes multiple times a week at the dealership. You can also schedule a FREE personal appointment with our on-site IVT expert.
