Traditional Thanksgiving Holiday Recipe
From our home to yours

It's that time of year to give thanks for our families, our great Country and to our customers for whom we are so grateful throughout the year.  We'd like to introduce you to a recipe that might become a tradition at your holiday table.  It's a simple recipe that can be prepared ahead of time with little preparation just before dinner.

Cranberry Salad with Marshmallows

1 lb cranberries

1/2 cup sugar

4 cups small marshmallows

2 granny smith apples - cut up

Chopped walnuts (half cup to a cup depending on preference)

1 cup heavy whipping cream or pre-made whipped topping

The night before your holiday celebration, put the cranberries in a food processor to finely chop.

Place the cranberries in a serving bowl and add sugar and marshmallows, stir and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, add the cut up apples, walnuts and whipped topping or whipping cream (that's been whipped with a hint of sugar) to taste - add as much or as little as you want.

Enjoy!  We wish you a very safe and Happy Thanksgiving.
