Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield’s Moya Singh Wins MBUSA Top Award
Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield Service Advisor and Trumbull resident Moya Singh recently earned a top award from MBUSA in the 2011 “Beyond the Walkaround” competition. Singh earned a top spot in this year’s local market service advisor category, and earned the opportunity to move on to the regional competition. Last month, she competed with peers from the Northeast region and won the 2nd place Regional Level Award.
Singh’s service performance was matched up against other Mercedes-Benz Service Advisors from the Tri-State, Mid-Atlantic and New England market areas. The service competition focused on a random Mercedes-Benz vehicle; service participants went through the customer service process and were then judged by dealer management and factory staff using a thorough and specific set of criteria and guidelines.
Singh has been with Penske Automotive Group for the past 7 years, starting as a Service Advisor for Audi Fairfield. She moved as Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz of Fairfield since 2005, earning top performance awards for CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index).
“Beyond the Walkaround” is a MBUSA National Sales & Service Walkaround Competition that strives to fine tune customer care skills of a team. Employees have the opportunity to compete at the dealer, market, regional and national levels. The competition allowed team members to introduce Mercedes-Benz’s exciting new models, strengthen customer satisfaction and improve the dealership’s performance. The Walkaround enabled team members to learn, practice, gain valuable performance coaching and develop energy while interacting with valued customers.
