WE-Women’s

WE-Women’s Enterprise magazine was founded over a decade ago in 1992 with the mission of promoting partnerships between women business owners andcorporate America. Specifically, WE, a quarterly magazine, promotesoutstanding women business owners and leaders.

Subscription-based, WE is a national publication promotingtop-levelfemale executive leadership. WE, like its companion publication, Women’sEnterprise Texas, is the inspiration of Don McKneely. Don has worked in theminority/women's business development arena for more than two decades receiving over 70 awards and honors for his efforts.

WE Texas is published 10 times a year. Both WE USA and WE Texas are distributedatevents hosted by organizations like NAWBO, as well as women's businessgroups and associations, business advocacy organizations, governmental agencies and city procurement offices.

In each issue, WE Texas features a cover story profile, Q&A interviews, small business profiles, mentoring methods, and a focus on executive leadership and management success. Other features include briefs, top-levelpromotions, a calendar of events, business strategies, book reviews and adiversity focus.

In addition to these sections, WE USA features new women businessenterprises, organizational outlooks, career boosters, and businessstrategies such as money matters and trends in purchasing power.

In 2004, WE Texas will cover education and SBA lending, the legalprofession, healthcare, telecommunications, construction, banking and manymore business topics. The 2004 spring edition of WE USA will cover government, NAWBO Public Policy Days, as well as making a difference incorporate leadership.
