Francisco Hernandez keeps the equation very simple.
“If I didn’t love working here, I wouldn’t have stayed for so long,” he said.
The Shelly BMW Used Car Inventory Specialist celebrated his 12th year with the company on May 1st. Hernandez has been in the industry for nearly 40 years. Prior to Shelly BMW he held positions with two other companies - for 12 and 15 years, respectively.
"I really enjoyed my last job," Hernandez said. "Which should also say something good about Shelly BMW. I left that job to come work here. Everyone is incredibly nice and it's a very respectful work environment."
When Francisco isn't working you can find him fishing or spending time with his wife of 32 years and his two sons.
