TestComplete enables the quality assurance team to automate test cases and scenarios. Tests can easily be replicated and run against different browsers, product versions, and connection speeds. Tests can be scheduled to run unattended 24/7. This provides our quality assurance team with more time to evaluate test results, build new test cases and manually test scenarios that are not as easily automated.

LoadComplete allows quality assurance to simulate end user traffic and evaluate the impact on system performance. Our unlimited virtual user license enables us to simulate 2 to 2,000+ users on the system at one time performing a variety of tasks at staggered intervals.

SmartBear’s reporting options allow quality assurance to quickly see and communicate testing results with the development team. This in turn greatly improves correction turn-around time.

Skyward’s quality assurance team began implementing SmartBear with the October 2011 release. As processes are recorded for testing, SmartBear maintains an historical record for future use. As new updates are reviewed, SmartBear can perform all the quality checks previously recorded as well as record processes for product revisions.
