Karma Hits The Road
The Fisker Pure Driving Passion Road Show rolls through Fisker of Orange County.

Earlier this month, Fisker fans joined Fisker of Orange County for the historic event, “The Fisker Pure Driving Passion Road Show,” and were able to experience for themselves how Fisker Automotive has redefined the luxury category by creating an environmentally-conscious vehicle with unparalleled style, passion and performance.

Guests enjoyed complimentary refreshments and, most importantly, were able to take the Fisker Karma out for a test drive.

The unwavering commitment to purity throughout the Karma reflects Fisker Automotive’s dedication to sustainability and accountability to luxurious automotive design.

With the launch of Fisker Automotive, Henrik Fisker was inspired to add an essential quality to luxury vehicles — eco-friendliness. He believed that plug-in hybrids didn’t have to be bland in design and decided to create a luxury vehicle that was both eco-friendly and chic. Soon thereafter, the Fisker Karma was born.

The Karma car uses both hybrid and electric sources. With the Q-DRIVE plug-in hybrid technology, a fully-charged Karma burns no fuel for the first 50 miles of driving. If you venture further, the gasoline engine turns a generator to charge the lithium ion battery.

Once the 50-mile electric range has been exceeded, the car operates as a normal hybrid vehicle. It's conceivable that if consumers follow this daily routine, they will only need to fuel the car once a year.
