The world’s fastest hybrid, the BMW ActiveHybrid 7 Series will provide concierge service through Napa’s rolling vineyards and olive groves to his restaurant, The French Laundry, listed as one of the World’s 50 Best Restaurants.

 

To celebrate the occasion, Chef Keller concocted a seasonal recipe inspired by BMW that was featured on the French Laundry’s menu; the dish consisted of pork loin with bratwurst, apple dumplings, braised red cabbage and grain mustard sauce. Inspired by BMW’s Bavarian background, Keller strived to create a delectable dish representative of food from the area.

 

When asked about how he finds his inspiration, Keller said, “Inspiration comes from an awareness of what we see and feel. I interpret the inspiration in a way that applies to me. It’s the evolution of the interpretation.”
