Rob Magnani has been with Prestige Lexus for nearly seven years as a dispatcher in the service department, working closely with the service advisors and technicians to ensure that the workload in the shop is managed efficiently and completed expeditiously. He prioritizes and organizes the various services jobs that are written by the advisors and distributes the work to the appropriate technicians, based on their experience and individual skills.

Rob takes great pride in his job and enjoys the working relationships he has developed with the Prestige Lexus staff. There are days that he is responsible for nearly one hundred repair orders, which he admits can be challenging, but cites the value of teamwork and communication as essential components in getting the jobs completed. He is currently Master-certified with Lexus product and is continually learning about the advanced technology and innovative achievements of Lexus.

Rob has been in automotive industry for twenty-nine years. He previously worked at Goodyear Tire for over twenty years setting up and managing numerous Bergen County stores, including the first truck center. While he was with Goodyear, he attended advanced store management classes and became certified in the Goodyear Eagle tire.  Outside of Prestige Lexus, Rob enjoys hiking, skiing, racing cars, and spending time with his family. He has raced cars for several decades and attended many different race functions. He recently purchased a log cabin by Lake George and is looking to forward to spending more time with his family.
