Online Collection Placement and Tracking


You can access CMA’s Commercial Collection Service afterlog in on anscers.com by clicking “Commercial Collection” on Your Home Page.

 
anscers Collection Navigation at the top of the screen provides one-click access to CMA Collection pages.
 

 

On your main Collection page, anscers will summarize the business placed with CMA and provide further links to Active and Closed claims.

 
Placing an account for collection is simple. It starts with a Debtor Search. As a CMA Collection client you can also use the Debtor Search to find out if potential debtors are in Collection.
 

 
If your debtor is not in the search results you can add a new debtor when you are placing the account online.
 
Once you choose your Debtor anscers fills out most of the Placement Form for you, saving valuable time.
 

 

When the claim is submitted you are able to upload documents to CMA. You can send up to 5 documents at a time online.

 
To view your Active Claims click the “Active Claims” link in the Navigation area. anscers displays a list of all your active claims and their status. (The same data is available for closed claims)
 

 

Click on the column heading to sort the data. Click on the claim number to view more information on your claim.

 
On the full claim detail page you can view when payments come in, and when checks will be sent to you. You can also request a claim update, update the debtor information, and upload documents.
 

 
Toward the bottom of the full claim status screen you can send a note to the Collector on the account.
 

Placing and tracking your CMA Collection accounts through anscers is a simple time saver. You will always have access to the latest account status and raw statistics on CMA’s collection success.
