Two years ago, The Lewer Agency implemented the concept of account managers, with each manager being responsible for the servicing of his or her respective accounts. Two years later, The Lewer Agency continues to see signs that account manager relationships with clients dramatically enhance customer service.
After distributing a press release this summer, announcing the addition of Lewer’s newest account manager, Tracy McClure, LewerMark director Jeff Crawford received an immediate email response from Laurie Lindblad, Director of ESL at the University of Washington.
In her email, Laurie thanked Jeff for his update. “This is great news,” she wrote. “I’d like to let you know that adding Monica Olson to the team as our local rep has served us so well! We have some complex programs and situations, and being able to meet with Monica and discuss our needs has helped increase the efficiency with which we serve our students; it’s improved our customer service.
“Although I am really only on the periphery of these discussions these days – leaving the work to my trusted and capable staff – I do see the positive benefits of our local rep, Monica. Thanks again.”
In response to the positive feedback The Lewer Agency has received from the many clients who notice, and appreciate, the additional support, president Mike Lewer expressed the company’s plan to continue providing client schools an exclusive and attentive contact at Lewer who will provide an extraordinary level of service. “Our growing line-up of managers, which now includes Andrew Fuller, Monica Olson, and Tracy McClure, are doing an outstanding job taking care of their respective accounts," said Mike. "The installment of our account management team at Lewer has dramatically streamlined the process of customer service, and our client schools are voicing their approvals."
Account manager Andrew Fuller also received accolades in recent weeks from LewerMark representative, John Greenleaf, in Kentucky. “I was touching base with my contact at the University of Southern Indiana a few weeks ago and received comments regarding Andrew Fuller,” wrote John in an email to LewerMark director Jeff Crawford this summer. “My contact mentioned how pleased she is with The Lewer Agency and the support she receives from Andrew. She also mentioned customer service representative, Lynnette Hoover, and said they are both ‘amazing.’
