An exciting Rotella promotion, "Everybody's a Winner", began September 7, 2003 and will continue through November 6, 2003 at participating TravelCenters of America locations.

From Coffee To Cash

Every customer that purchases a Rotella oil change at participating TravelCenters of America locations during the promotion period (while supplies last) will receive a scratch-off game piece.

Customers will simply scratch off the game piece to reveal a prize. Each customer will win at least a free cup of coffee, with a chance to win other prizes as well.

Note: The free coffee winning tickets can only be redeemed in TravelCenters of America full service restaurants.

Travel America Game
1. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chance of winning. Starting on or about 9/6/03 and ending 11/7/03 (or while supplies last) you will receive one game piece with a Shell ROTELLA® T oil change (10 gallons or more) at participating TravelCenters of America. (Availability of game pieces may vary by location.) Limit one game piece per customer per week. You may obtain one (1) free game piece by mailing a self-addressed stamped envelope ("SASE") (VT residents may omit return postage) to TravelCenters of America Game Piece Request, P. O. Box 216, Tenafly, NJ 07670. Each request must be mailed separately and postmarked on or before 11/07/03 and received by 11/14/03. Limit one (1) game piece request by mail per person per week. Do not send winning game piece, game materials, comments or questions to this address.

3. To Verify and Claim Prize: If prize revealed is a "Free Cup of Coffee" present single winning game piece at either the Country Pride, Buckhorn or Fork In The Road restaurant located at any TravelCenters of America location for immediate verification and redemption for one free cup of coffee. If prize revealed is twenty dollars ($20.00) present single winning game piece to a TravelCenters of America "Truck Service Advisor" for immediate verification and redemption. Free coffee and $20.00 prizes must be claimed by 12/19/03. To verify and claim Grand and First Prizes, send your winning original game piece along with your printed name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card via certified mail, return receipt requested to Travel Centers of America Instant Winner, P. O. Box 546, Tenafly, New Jersey 07670. You are not a winner until your game piece has been verified by the judges and your eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules confirmed. You assume all risk for mail or other delivery and are advised to obtain insurance and retain a photocopy of your game piece. Prize claim must be received by 12/29/03. Submitters of verified winning game pieces for the Grand and First Prize will be required to sign and return within ten (10) days of receipt a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release. Noncompliance by potential winner or return of any documents as undeliverable may result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize. 4. Prizes, and Odds: One (1) Grand Prize - Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00). Odds of receiving Grand Prize 1:27,525. One (1) First Prize - One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). 5. Eligibility: Game open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older and holder of a valid driver license. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate: (a) employees of TravelCenters of America, Shell Oil Company and their subsidiaries or affiliates, and independent contractors of any of the above organizations who are engaged in the development, production or distribution of this game or materials for this game, and (b) members of the immediate family (spouse and, -siblings, parents, grandparents or children and their spouses) or persons who live in the same household of any person in any of the preceding categories. Void where prohibited by law. 6. Liability/General: Submission of game pieces is solely the responsibility of participant. All game pieces are void and will be rejected if not obtained through legitimate channels or are illegible, mutilated, duplicated, forged, cut, torn, incomplete, stolen or altered or tampered with in any way. In the event of printing or other error, none of the following will have any liability: sponsor, participating retailers, their respective parent corporations, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, judges, suppliers and distributors. If, due to printing, production or other error, more winning game pieces are distributed or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level per rule #4, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level. In no event shall the sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned, or transferred by winners. All federal, state and local taxes and expenses related to acceptance and use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating, participants: (a) accept and agree to these rules and the decisions of the sponsor and judges, whose decisions relating to this game are final; (b) agree to release and hold harmless TravelCenters of America, Shell Oil Company and their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, and their respective directors, officers and employees and agents from any and all liability, claim, damages, losses and injuries resulting in whole or in part directly or indirectly, from their participation in the game and the acceptance and use of a prize; and (c) if a winner, agree to the use by TravelCenters of America of their name, likeness and place of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in all media without additional compensation or prior approval, and upon request will provide consent in writing to such use. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail. Any dispute, claim or cause of action arising out of or in connection with the game shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; and any judicial proceed shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Ohio and shall be construed and resolved under the laws of that state.
