Five Mousse Hall of Famers

There’s no limit to what you can do with mousse. Here are five of our favorites. Feature them alone or feature them together in a mousse-on-the-loose buffet at a springtime shower event or your next family reunion

Chocolate Mousse
You can whip up smooth and creamy mousse in just minutes. Whip 3/4 cup of heavy cream and our DCD Mousse Mix packet until soft peaks form.  Then gently add melted 2 oz. DCD Chef Series Milk/Dark Chocolate. Chill and serve.

Mint Mousse Magic
Simply melt one of our Mint Cocoa Butter Flavoring discs along with the chocolate, then prepare mousse as directed on the Mousse Mix packet.  Garnish with our Mint-Filled Dark Chocolate Baking Bits and a sprig of fresh mint.

Chocolate and peanut butter is the perfect flavor combo. Simply prepare the mousse as directed on our Mousse Mix packet, fold in some of our Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Baking Bits, and splash a few on top for good measure.  Serve it in one of our Petite Chocolate Dessert Cups for a very adult confectionery delight!
Raspberry Mousse Dessert Spoons
Whip 2/3 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 cup prepared DCD Raspberry Dessert Sauce until soft peaks form. Scoop mousse in DCD Pastry bag and pipe on spoons. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
White Chocolate Mousse
Whip 1 cup heavy cream and 1 teaspoon sugar until soft peaks form and set aside. Gently add melted 2 DCD Chef Series White Chocolate bars.  Use DCD Pastry bag to pipe mousse into cups.
