This months Spotlight on Success Star, Lanie Curbello knows all about that. When she joined Saladmaster last year, she was excited but had no idea what was waiting for her!

When Lanie and her husband Shawn were invited to attend a dinner presentation last year, it was not an easy decision...well, not for Shawn. He was kicking and screaming. I had to drag him to go. But as the dinner presentation went on, Lanie found herself being kicked under the table by her husband, with him whispering to her You have to do this! Shawns reasons werent only for the opportunity, but also for the health benefits of the product.

I have been sick my whole life. I can live with it. But my kids dont deserve to be sick. Shawn and Lanie invested in a set that night. Lanie has endured numerous surgeries, has had a bout with cancer and has been plagued with migraines her whole life. It was something she learned to live with. But when she and Shawn heard about the health benefits of Saladmaster, they were sold. Lanie also decided that she would become a part-time Consultant at Quality Health Systems with Tracy & Tiana Klimczak in Mesa, AZ. At the time, Lanie was working in the ESGRO market of a real estate financing. Her husband is a police officer. The economic down turn really hurt their family and they were looking for a way out. They even considered bankruptcy. Saladmaster was an answer to our prayers.

At her first Open House, she was not only 100% sold on the opportunity, but she was excited. I can be a kid here! she thought. She had found a career in which she could have FUN! Isnt that what we all want? Lanie completed the Stock Program in 42 days. In her first two months in business, she made $16,000. Though she was blown away by her profits, she wanted to know how to do more. She approached her sponsor; Polly Neff and Polly answered her plainly. She told me if I wanted to make more money I had to start sponsoring people into the business. Lanie grabbed a hold of that and has since built a team under her Distributorship that is successful and thriving!

In March of 2009 she quit her job (that she had for 18 years) to work as a Distributor full time. She has aspirations to open her own Dealership in the future. In March of 2009 Lanie was given a clean bill of health by her Doctors. She no longer suffers from migraines. No one in her family has been a victim of the flu or even suffered a cold! Even Lanies mother, who has Rheumatoid Arthritis, is experiencing much better health. Lanie and her family credit this all to Saladmaster. I never believed that cookware made that much of a difference, but it does!

Saladmaster has been such a great thing for Lanie and her family. It has helped them with their children and their familys shared passion: rodeo! Saladmaster has allowed her to have the time she needs to spend with her family and to be an active part of her childrens lives. She is working to be able to put all of her children through college! With her determination and her heart, that shouldnt be a problem!

Lanie would like to thank her husband, Shawn. He watches the kids while she cooks at night. He says that when I make it big, he wants to be a house husband of Hollywood! I wouldnt be able to do this without him. She also wants to thank all of her children for being so flexible and understanding.
