
Ingredients:
7-8 pound precooked ham
1 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon horseradish
20-24 whole cloves
Directions:
Preheat 7-Quart Roaster over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes. Place ham in preheated Roaster; brown well over medium heat, about 15 minutes on each side. Turn ham over. Stud topside of ham with whole cloves. Combine brown sugar, mustard and horseradish; spoon over top of ham. Cover; reduce heat to low and cook 2 hours ( or about 25 minutes per pound).
Yield: 12 to 14 servings
