IMA launches Boston Ballet Web site: Interactive Media Associates is proud to present the Boston Ballet Web site (
http://www.bostonballet.org).
IMA and Boston Ballet developed a dynamic new Web site, integrating video, virtual tours, stunning photography, and exceptional functionality.

Visitors to
http://www.bostonballet.org can now purchase single ticket performances, new subscriptions and merchandise, all online. They can also become a donor, meet the dancers and artistic staff, and learn about the Ballet and the School.
IMA developed an integrated calendar to help Boston Ballet attendees, supporters and students get a quick glance at what events and performances are going on throughout the Company.

IMA’s framework using the Ektron content management solution will help Boston Ballet staff maintain the site with much greater flexibility and reliability than ever before. The ElasticPath eCommerce application gives Boston Ballet the ability to create special promotions, cross-sell and upsell, create personal profiles for repeat visitors, and consolidate all purchasable items into a single shopping cart. And the use of the Tessitura Arts Enterprise box office system means that Web sales are fully integrated with box office and phone purchases.
IMA launches a new YouTube channel for Diesel Retrofit Daily (BASF): IMA presents Diesel Retrofit Daily’s YouTube channel, featuring the video “Six Tips for Diesel Retrofitting Bus and Truck Fleets” (
http://www.youtube.com/dieselretrofit).
Diesel Retrofit Daily is BASF Catalyst’s blog that provides updates on reducing vehicle and diesel air pollution through DERA's diesel retrofit engine program. Readers can now watch, subscribe and comment on the latest videos, which showcase the most up-to-date information on how the world can breath cleaner air through BASF technology.
The DERA grants are a part of the federal Air Quality Stimulus program, funding eligibility for diesel retrofit engine technology, stimulated by the recently enacted American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
IMA attends the Tessitura Conference: IMA delegates Anthony Zarro and Brian McGovern are attending the 9
th annual Tessitura Learning and Networking Conference in San Antonio, Texas, August 23—27. IMA is one of the conference sponsors.
Considered the premier and most valued gathering of arts and cultural organizations in the world, last year's conference included more than 200 organizations in attendence. The focus of this year’s conference is on tools that will help attendees focus on productivity and efficiency, which is, of course, one of the cornerstones of the IMA Enterprise Performing Arts Framework, which we have employed in our work with New York City Ballet, Boston Ballet, and are developing now for the Metropolitan Opera.
