Sally Muscarella, who steps in to take Len's place, was always co-owner of IMA and involved in the business. As a former corporate executive with product management, marketing, operations and business development experience, she is well-suited for her new role. She looks forward to meeting with clients and maintaining IMA's commitment to service.
Sally’s specialty is in strategy development for profitable business growth and operations planning for productivity improvement. Her corporate experience includes 24 years with AT&T, IBM and a regional bank in Boston. At AT&T, Sally’s positions included Access Planning Vice President, Product Management Vice President and Customer Operations Director. She has worked extensively in software-based products. Sally has additional experience in consulting and has served in a board leadership position in the non-profit sector. She has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Simmons College in Boston.
