IMA Succession Plan
by the IMA Management Team

When speaking of IMA's plans for the future, our new President, Sally Muscarella, says it most clearly: “We are going to continue to delight our clients and grow. We have the team, talent, resources and experience to build the IMA legacy started by our founder and industry pioneer, Len Muscarella.”

Interactive Media’s executive management team remains in place and is strongly committed to continuing Len’s legacy. The team consists of Michelle Cameron, IMA’s Creative Director, Brian McGovern, Director of Development, and Geri Ricciani, Director of Project Management. If you have been involved in an IMA project, you’ve undoubtedly worked with one or more of us. As always, our ongoing commitment to your projects means that you can look forward to the same level of service and quality you’ve experienced in the past. You can learn more about our senior team on our Web site, http://www.imediainc.com.

Sally Muscarella, who steps in to take Len's place, was always co-owner of IMA and involved in the business. As a former corporate executive with product management, marketing, operations and business development experience, she is well-suited for her new role. She looks forward to meeting with clients and maintaining IMA's commitment to service.

Sally’s specialty is in strategy development for profitable business growth and operations planning for productivity improvement. Her corporate experience includes 24 years with AT&T, IBM and a regional bank in Boston. At AT&T, Sally’s positions included Access Planning Vice President, Product Management Vice President and Customer Operations Director. She has worked extensively in software-based products. Sally has additional experience in consulting and has served in a board leadership position in the non-profit sector. She has an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Simmons College in Boston.

Among Len’s responsibilities was his business development role. This role will be shared among the senior team in the near term. Additional staffing is planned. Anthony Zarro will continue to serve as a senior Digital Marketing Consultant.  His background includes work at VP-level positions at iCrossing and DigitalGrit.

We are confident that IMA’s future is a bright one, one in which we can strengthen our partnerships and provide optimal solutions for you, our clients, that “make your business click.” After all, Len wouldn’t want it any other way.

We would be happy to hear from you! If you have comments or questions, feel free to email info@imediainc.com or call 973-539-5255 to speak with any one of the contributors to this article:
