Working together at The Tavern, pulling all nighters in the studio, or hanging out on “the wall” has a way of cementing friendships forever. The Penn Stater magazine is looking for stories about groups of Penn State friends who have kept in touch after graduation day—and their traditions for staying connected.
The editors want to hear how groups remain in contact through marriages, babies, career changes, mid-life crises, divorces, even grandchildren. Share your group’s story of yearly vacations, round-robin letters, reunions, or other traditions by e-mailing it to pennstater@psu.edu; mailing it to The Penn Stater, Hintz Family Alumni Center, University Park, Pa., 16802; or faxing it to 814-863-5690.
Stories should be 300 words or less, and the best stories will be included in an upcoming issue. The deadline is Aug. 15.
