Here is an overview of the new features made available in the past two months:

Content Request Form
It is now easy to request and license either custom written content or pre-written articles from well-known publishers (like Inc Magazine). Custom content can be written by professional writers specifically for you, according to the editorial calendar we establish.

Improved Subscriber Management
The subscriber management interface was overhauled and a new Find feature was added. It is now easy to locate a particular subscriber record by email address to see if it is in your list and to edit it as needed. The subscriber menu also now shows a breakdown of the number of subscribers that are in each sub-list.

Removal Protection
A Removal Protection feature has been implemented to preserve the opt-in, permission-based nature of your mailing lists. This works by remembering all of the people who have asked to be removed from your list and keeping them off even if you re-load your customer list – or load a different list where there email addresses is duplicated. This function in coordination with the Duplication Protection system keeps your lists clean and keeps your customers happy.

Add/Remove Notification
It is now possible to have an email sent to you every time a subscriber is added or removed from your subscriber list through the subscription box on the newsletter.

Removal Report
The system can now report the number of subscribers that have been removed from the list within the standard reporting periods (e.g., past day, week, and month, etc.).

Subscriber Tracking and Reporting
iMakeNews now has the ability to track the behavior of individual subscribers. The Pro level reporting system includes reports that can tell you which subscribers are the most active, which articles a particular subscriber found most interesting, and they can show the list of subscribers that viewed each article. The last report is quite interesting because you can then take this segmented subscriber list and assign these records to one of your sub-lists. This allows you to then provide highly targeted services to these people.
