Looking to learn more about your Skyward software? Need a refresher on the available options in the software? Skyward offers several options in resourceful training sessions that are great for either new users or experienced customers.
Skyward Classroom Training offers instructor-led courses taught by Skyward experts. Courses use a hands-on environment with step-by-step real-world exercises. Specific modules are discussed with a generic practice database and a Skyward professional guiding you through an interactive training course. Classroom training takes place at Skyward branch offices.
If you are looking for the opportunity to meet and network with other Skyward users, Localized Training Sessions (LTS) are a perfect choice. Recent software enhancements, upcoming software changes and current state reporting discussions are led by Skyward representatives. Localized Training Sessions are hosted on site at regional district locations in each state and are considered general sessions with no fixed agenda. LTS attendees are encouraged to use remaining time to pose questions about issues they are facing. Other users in attendance are asked to respond to raised questions based on their own experiences and “best practices” at their district. Skyward LTS sessions offer a great opportunity to learn more about your Skyward software for FREE.
Both Classroom Training and LTS session registration can be found through the ‘Skyward Customer Only’ section of Skyward’s website. To get started, simply enter your user name and password, login and click on the Training tab. A variety of courses are available for both Classroom Training and Localized Training Sessions. Fill in the fields with the proper information for your search and in seconds a list of courses appear.
Registering for a course is easy. Once you have found the session you want to attend, simply click register and fill in the appropriate information. For some of the more popular courses you may need to put your name on the waiting list.
