Jim and I want to thank you, Kelly Nocero, Larry Currington, Scott Lawrence, Richard Con and the rest of the Pure Air staff for the excellent work done to resolve the indoor air quality situation we had with our home.

In August, we notified the NC company who had installed the Carrier Programmable Thermidistat that we had a problem. After the repair, they instructed us to set the fan at the "on" position. As a result of this action I had numerous asthma attacks over the next few days. When it appeared that the problem might be the same one we experienced ten years ago, we contacted your company. We were not able to find any company in our area that has expertise in indoor air quality problems and Pure Air had installed a HEP A filter on our air handler to treat the previous problem. Again, Pure Air listened to our problem and agreed to help us, even though we were now out of your service area. For this, we are extremely grateful. Your teamwork and knowledge of all aspects of indoor air quality is to be commended. 

Please express to your staff how much customers appreciate their fine service and professionalism. We look forward to working with you again and will certainly spread the word about Pure Air in the Central Florida area should you decide to expand in our direction.
