NJMEP is partnering with the Regional Lean Summit to bring this event to New Jersey for the first time.  The Regional Lean Summit was founded by Lean implementation experts Tim Swanson and Mike Rothmeier as a vehicle to promote the benefits of networking and sharing best practices at a local level. The theme of the Regional Lean Summit is to:

 - Meet and network with other lean practitioners in the region;
 - Learn from top lean instructors, guides, and coaches; and
 - Share issues, obstacles, and solutions with other lean practitioners.

April 17, 2008 at the Doubletree Hotel & Executive Meeting Center in Somerset, NJ

The program includes two tracks, Advanced Lean Concepts and Lean Management Systems.  Learn about the visual workplace, standard work, quality output through mistake-proofing, Lean accounting, Lean and IT, and sustaining and managing Lean.
