Flu season is here

and get immunized today.  Your doctors office, local pharmacy and health fair's offer influenza vaccines.  There are two types of vaccines available this year; Live, attenuated incluenza vaccine (LAIV) which is sprayued into the nostris or an inactivated (killed) influenza vaccine given by injection with a needle.  Check with your physician about probable side effects from immunization.  Another preventative measure is just good old-fashioned hygiene like washing your hands several times a day.
