Our Lucky Penny

Penny Boos is one of those people that never gets ‘her feathers ruffled’, no matter how difficult the situation she faces. It is this wonderful calm (and calming) quality that makes her one of our most popular Service Advisors. Well…that and her uncanny knowledge of the intricacies that go into repairing the dozens of Ultimate Driving Machines she sees daily! You see, the job of a Service Advisor at BMW of Austin requires an individual whose skill set runs from technical savant to psychological sage. And Penny Boos is just such a person.

She has an instinctive capacity to draw from the hundred hours of rigorous training and her nine years of ‘on the drive’ experience to quickly diagnose tough issues and recommend the appropriate course of action. As you would expect, this is much to the delight of her customers who all proclaim their faith and confidence in her abilities! And when the answer to a problem isn’t obvious or apparent, she has the knack of explaining the repair process to our ‘technologically savvy’ as well as our ‘not so technical’ customers in just the right terms to suit each.

Speak with her friends and co-workers and they will tell you that Penny is often kind to a fault. They also say that she is extremely hard-working, funny and just plain fun to be around! The clients of Penny’s I spoke with echoed these exact same sentiments, which tells you that Penny tends to treat her customers just like she treats her friends!

And if I had to guess, I’d say that this is the main reason she has been so popular with our customers all these years.
