Cliff Lee Gets a New Challenge from Holman Automotive

Here’s the windup - it’s a swing and a miss -Strike One! It’s baseball season again and Holman is proud to announce the return of “Cliff’s K’s for Kids” and our newest program “Ask Cliff.”
Cliff Lee of the Philadelphia Phillies has once again teamed up with Holman Automotive to help the kids in our community. Holman will be donating $150 for every strikeout Cliff throws during the 2012 Phillies season. The proceeds of “Cliff’s K’s for Kids” will assist CADEkids and UrbanPromise, 2 charities doing great work for the children in our neighborhoods.
Last year Cliff broke his own personal record and had 247 strikeouts that totaled $37,050 for “Cliff’s K’s for Kids.” The all star pitcher also broke another personal record and hit 2 homeruns during the 2011 season. Holman wishes Cliff another great season, but also wants to up the ante. Holman offered Cliff a second challenge – the company will donate $1,000 for every home run Cliff hits during the 2012 Phillies season. Knowing how much Cliff likes to hit, he took the challenge and has been working hard in the batting cages as well as on the mound.
What is “Ask Cliff?” Holman is excited to announce a new program where our fans can email questions they would like to ask Cliff. Beginning in May and continuing throughout the season, Holman will be meeting with Cliff to ask him selected questions. If your question is picked, you will be able to view Cliff answering your question via video right on the Holman website. We will also be posting these videos on all our social network sites.
If you have a question for Cliff, send it to CliffLee@holmanauto.com. Watch for “Ask Cliff” coming in June – but send your questions now!
