CADEKids Wins Their Season

Although the warm smell of peanuts and Cracker Jacks has faded from the Ballpark, you can still hear the energized cheers of the children benefitting from Holman’s sponsorship for CADEkids.  Cliff Lee brought some great pitching to the Phillies as he ended the season with an amazing 247 strikeouts,  62 more than his high of last year.  In one of the Q&A videos found on the Holman facebook page, Cliff claims, “I’m really not trying to strikeout anyone”…….  hard to believe after 247 strikeouts!  Maybe the magic was in knowing that with every strikeout, he was increasing the donation for the kids. 
 
With Holman contributing $150 per strikeout, CADEkids will be receiving $37,050 to help them with their mission. CADEKids seeks to promote children’s potential for growth through comprehensive, school and community-based, youth development and support programs that are begun at an early age and are designed to encourage positive choices, while reducing high-risk behaviors.
 
Holman is proud to continue to “Give Back” to our communities and we are extremely honored to team up with Cliff Lee to make such a difference for CADEkids.
