Malcolm Wiberg is a Partner at RydinCarlsten in Stockholm, Sweden where he practices general commercial law with special focuses on mergers and acquisitions as well as commercial litigation and arbitration.

After military service and extensive travelling he attended the Law School at Uppsala University. Partly in parallel with his legal studies he earned a degree in business administration at Stockholm University.

Upon finishing law school he served as a junior judge at Stockholm County Administrative Court before joining the law firm Boman & Hessle Advokatbyrå in 1991. He also served as General Counsel with Speed Ventures NV, a Dutch based venture capital company. He was later recruited by the firm Linklaters, and eventually joined RydinCarlsten where he currently practices.

Malcolm’s wife, Ghita Hadding Wiberg, is a criminal defence lawyer and partner at Stockholm’s Advokatbyrå. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Swedish Bar Association. They have two sons, Sebastian and Fredrik. Sebastian is currently a foreign exchange high school student in the U.S.
