Isabel Foley is a partner in the Disputes Group at Arthur Cox and heads up the Products Group at the firm.  Arthur Cox is one of Ireland’s leading law firms.  She is a vice chair of DRI Europe.

Isabel’s principal areas of practice are in the area of product liability/ safety and commercial disputes.  On the product side she advises clients in a wide range of sectors on product liability / safety issues including risk management, product recall and crisis management.  She has extensive experience in the defence of large-scale multi-party litigation both in Ireland and abroad.  She has a large Commercial Court practice focussing on commercial/shareholder disputes, competition litigation, regulatory challenges and financial services litigation.  She is consistently rated as a leading expert in dispute resolution, product liability and life sciences in PLC Which lawyer?, Chambers Global, European Legal Experts and other publications. 

Isabel lectures on product liability at the Law Society of Ireland, has sat as nominee of the Law Society on a number of judicial committees charged with the reform of court procedures and sits on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal of Ireland. 

 
Isabel is married to Paul, a solicitor with his own law practice in Dublin and has two children.  She is fond of hill walking, golf, reading, music and travelling.
