Prices steady at online auction
Vehicle segments tracked by the OPENLANE Market Index, except cars, continued to exceed May 2008 levels, the company reported. The index measures represents the most recent prices obtained in OPENLANE's online auction. In addition, dealer interest in cars and minivans remained strong while declining in SUVs and Trucks. In Canada, Trucks had a decline in dealer interest of 9 percentage points last month. Minivan pricing surpassed May 2008 levels by 21 percentage points.
