Write it Up

Whether you keep a journal, write a blog, or share your thoughts in comments on a blog, you probably know that writing is a great tool for dealing with diabetes. In his blog entry this week, Eric Lagergren explores how keeping a journal helped him get used to the new routines of living with diabetes. Meanwhile, Jan Chait writes out her frustrations with the lack of access for people with disabilities that she finds in many places, and David Spero calls up facts to support his frustration with the American health-care system.

Do you use writing to help you manage your diabetes—and your life? Write a comment and let us know.
