Oilspot to Team with FlashPoint
Joint weekly email newsletter to expand information offer to 10,000 readers
Beginning next week, The Oilspot eNews and the Independent Lubricant Manufacturers Association (ILMA) will team up to produce a combined weekly email newsletter, containing the latest fuels and petrochemicals news of Oilspot with first-rate lubricant industry news currently found in ILMA’s weekly newsletter, Flashpoint.
The joint newsletter will feature a mix of breaking news across the fuels, lubes and petrochemicals industries, occasional original features and profiles of industry leaders, and the latest legislative updates from Washington, all in appealing, easy-to-read package. The publication will serve a combined readership of approximately 10,000.

Gasoline Retails at 2-Year Low
Prices down nearly 7 cents nationwide in past two weeks
CAMARILLO Calif.-- Retail gasoline prices fell nearly 7 cents nationwide in the past two weeks, for a total drop of more than 28 cents a gallon since Sept. 7.
The average retail price of a gallon of gasoline, including all grades and taxes, was $1.28 on Friday, down 6.61 cents from Oct. 19, the Associated Press reported, citing data from the weekly Lundberg Survey of about 8,000 stations nationwide. The average retail price of gasoline nationwide was $1.56 a gallon Sept. 7.
