PHILADELPHIA -- Sunoco, Inc. has added Hershey Foods Corp. President and Chief Executive Officer Richard H. Lenny to its board of directors.
Prior to joining Hershey in March 2001, Lenny served as a group vice president at Kraft Foods and president of Nabisco Biscuit and Snacks, an operating unit of Kraft Foods. He also previously served as president of Pillsbury North America at The Pillsbury Company.
"We are extremely pleased that Rick has joined Sunoco's board," said John G. Drosdick, Sunoco's chairman, chief executive officer and president. "His experience, knowledge and unique marketing perspective will complement that of our existing board and bring added value to our deliberations."
