Whitman Appoints Dunne to EPA Solid Waste Post

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is moving closer to full staffing with the announcement that EPA Administrator Christine Todd Whitman has named Thomas Dunne to the post of Associate Assistant Administrator for Solid Waste and Emergency Response.

Prior to his nomination, Dunne worked as a senior policy analyst and project manager for OAO Corp., an international engineering and consulting firm, where he specialized in environmental contracts. Dunne has previous experience at EPA, including a stint as Acting Regional Administrator for Region X.
