Internet Processes : The key to consistent success.
Anyone who has ever been in the car business knows what the Steps to the Sale are. Most of us that worked in retail knew these by heart as it was drilled into sales people that if followed to these steps to the letter every time then closing percentages would be consistent. So why do many dealerships not have a process like this for online customers?  The fact is most dealers do not look at Internet traffic the same as floor traffic and this is the reason many have no idea where they are in the game. From my six years of experience in Internet sales I learned you should have at least two processes in place to handle Internet traffic leads.

NADA 2010 Orlando . . . was a HUGE Success!
NADA 2010 waDealer Synergy - Time Video s a HUGE Success! I want to thank everyone that attended my workshop(s). This was the second year in a row I was an NADA convention speaker on the subject of “Video Search Engine Optimization”. I facilitated 3 workshops over the course of the convention and all were packed. I was very pleased with thDealer Synergy Booth at NADA Convention in Orlando, Florida 2010e response from the audience. I pioneered VSEO in late 2006 and at first there were very few dealers that “got it”. I wrote about VSEO for years, spoke at over 55 NADA and NCM 20 Groups, General Assembly Speaker at the Digital Dealer Conference. I have evangelized “Video Search Engine Optimization” to thousands and thousands of dealers personally for years and I have to admit that dealers are starting to get it. Dealers are really understanding the power of Video and Video Search Engine Optimization. In my workshop there were dealers from all over the Unites States and literally from about 9 countries froDealer Synergy- Sean V. Bradley doing Presentation to Dealers m overseas including OEM reps, moderators, other vendors and trainers.  I had so much fun presenting and sharing with everyone.
 

 We all know things are hectic in car dealerships, so I led off each workshop by showing "The Time" video.  I have included it here for those not familiar with it.  The message is, we only have so much time every day, that we really need to focus on what gets us results.  Dealer Synergy had a booth as well and we were SLAMMED! There literally was no time to breath LOL! We were swarmed with dealers from my workshops as well as from the floor traffic. Dealers were drawn to the “Holistic Approach" Dealer Synergy brings to Internet Sales and Business Development.
