My lease was completing and I was not sure what type of car I wanted to get. So I started shopping around. Audi offered a lot of incentives for the A5, but I also liked the new 2012 TL. It was Steve Hahn's attention to the details and extra work to make the deal work that sold me the car. It was easy, I just told him what I expected to pay and they offered me additional incentives for being a loyal customer. They dropped my price down $40 a month and set me up with a zero drive off. I cannot complain about that.

My battery went dead and the audio system was disabled so I called Tustin Acura. I was told how to do it but I couldn't do it. So I called the second time. I explained that I was a Senior Citizen and therefore they had to be patient with me. She referred Kyle to me. He was so patient and explained it to me step by step and got my radio to work again. What service. Many times people get so inpatient with Senior Citizens. Well, not Tustin Acura. I have always gone to Tustin Acura because of their great service.
