Company says “return on investment is better spent” on traditional stores

Pilot Will Soar with Flying J
Merged company will account for 600 stores & 20% of on-road diesel market

It will be the largest truck stop/travel center in the country and will have a 20% market share of the on-road diesel market.
Issues of concern, however, are the high level of debt, the outlook for the trucking industry, the volatility of fuel prices and the integration of the two companies’ operations and different cultures.
