As such, the company prepares to undergo an initial public offering [IPO] of stock, as previously reported in CSP Daily News, aiming to raise perhaps as much as $100 million.

ANKENY, Iowa -- Today, Casey's General Stores Inc. is opening its first Des Moines-area example of a convenience store with a larger floor plan, which gives more space to the food and beverages that provide an increasing share of profits, reported The Des Moines Register. Company executives said the 3,788-square-foot store will be roughly 1,000 square feet larger than the average Casey's.

BANGOR, Maine -- Irving Oil Ltd. has acquired six retail outlets in Maine from Webber Energy. As reported in a CSP Daily News Flash yesterday, the sites, which will display the Irving blue and red logo by December 12, are located in Orono, Bangor, Falmouth, North Windham and Freeport.
