'Collateral Damage'
7-Eleven franchisee gunning for QSRs, not other c-stores, with fresh foodservice

DALLAS -- When 7-Eleven franchise owner Tony Ngyuen peers out the doors of his Dallas store to point out the competition, he's not looking at either of the two other convenience stores located within a couple miles. "He loved numbers, loved information, but would operate more almost from a touch and intuitive standpoint. Today, as our organization grows, we tend to be more data-driven, more measurement-driven."
