CSP DAILY POLL

What do you think is the main cause for the steady increase in U.S. motor fuel consumption?

An increase in travelling by car due to fear and difficulties of air travel.

Limited popularity of fuel-efficient cars.

The recent decline in new-vehicle purchases.

The large number of SUVs purchased in the late '90s that are still on the road.

The continued suburbanization of America and the increase in daily commuting distances.

I'm not sure.
