NACS, CSP Team Up on Data Conference
Partnership will produce expanded SOI Summit, joint SOI publication
ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- The National Association of Convenience Stores and CSP Information Group Inc. have entered into a long-term agreement to jointly produce the industry’s annual data conference, the NACS SOI Summit in partnership with CSP. The two-day conference will bring together top convenience and retail petroleum executives to explore the NACS State of the Industry data, consumer data, category metrics and other research sources.

Hoosier Stations Make Good
Most retailers have offered refunds or make charitable contributions for 9/11 pricing
INDIANAPOLIS, Va. -- All but four of 58 gasoline stations in Indiana found to have charged excessive fuel prices after the September 11 terrorist attacks have made full refunds or charitable donations to "right their wrongs" Attorney General Steve Carter said Monday, according to an Associated Press report.
Carter’s office determined that retailers took in about $28,000 in excessive gasoline revenue in the hours following the attacks, but have since given nearly $32,000 in refunds and donated $13,366 to charities.
