The opening General Session will feature Legislative Analyst Elizabeth Hill, discussing the policy considerations presented in the Governor’s May Revision released this week.   Governor Schwarzenegger has also expressed an interest in speaking to county officials. We will learn about his ability to attend our Legislative Conference on Monday, May 19. As soon as we receive confirmation about his participation, we will let you know.
