AB 119 (Price) – To The Governor
AB 119, by Assembly Member Curren Price, was sent to the Governor’s desk. This bill, retroactive to January 1, 2007 and extending until January 1, 2008, would require the state to reimburse counties for the cost of any special vacancy election called by the Governor. CSAC supports this bill and is requesting that the Governor sign this measure.
