Up, Up and Away
Lifting faces—and spirits—with DMAE and vitamin C ester

On a recent trip to LA, I met a young woman who, although only in her twenties, confided to me that she was eager to get started on a topical anti-aging regimen. "I want to avoid the path my mom followed," Carrie confided. Despite having had several surgeries on eyes, neck and face, her mother remained dissatisfied with her appearance. In fact, Carrie said, her mother was considering a third surgery in her quest for a more youthful and toned appearance.
Many of my younger patients—especially those who spend a lot of time in front of a camera—love our Vitamin C Ester Amine Complex Face Lift. And, although Carrie was not in need of a face-lift anytime soon, I demonstrated to her how our topical alternative works.
"The DMAE/vitamin C ester formulation actually increases the appearance of skin tone," I explained as I gently massaged the lotion into the right side of her face. "In about 15 to 20 minutes, you should see an increase in the appearance of the contours of your face. The cheekbones will appear more defined, the eye brow will appear lifted, and you should see increased contour in the eye area."
A scant 20 minutes later, I heard a collective shout from the direction of Carrie’s office. She and her friends were busy immortalizing the results of the Amine Complex Face Lift challenge with their digital cameras. The side of Carrie’s face that received Amine Complex Face Lift treatment showed a very marked response. Carrie’s eye appeared larger and more widely open. Her whole cheek area appeared high and rounded and all of the contours more defined. Even the under-eye puffiness was greatly diminished. Much to her delight, her jaw line appeared crisp and well-defined—even the tip of her nose seemed to have a slight upward tilt! All in all, she’d enjoyed a very dramatic and attractive result.
