Summer time is salad time and in our next newsletter I am going to focus on how to make a salad that can deliver optimal health and beauty benefits. In today’s newsletter we are going to focus on extra virgin olive oil, the base to all world-class salad dressings and much, much more!
Extra virgin olive oil is unique when it comes to foods that have a direct impact on beautiful skin. For example, Perricone readers know that stress, whether physical or psychic, contributes to both accelerated aging and skin problems (acne, thinning of skin, wrinkles, etc.) The good news?
