Set a state minimum wage rate above $5.15 an hour for all businesses

Require state government to pay a “living wage” to all employees and require contractors to do the same

Recruit companies with high paying jobs to Utah

Invest state funds into promising local companies that offer high paying jobs

Nothing, let the market determine wages
